Call nowLocked out of your safe?
A forgotten combination, a keypad that stopped responding, a lost safe key or a dead battery. It happens to home safes, fire safes and gun safes alike. Call and tell us the make of the safe, what kind of lock it has, and what happened.
Safes we work on
- Home and fire safes. Small and mid-size safes for papers and valuables.
- Gun safes. Large safes with a dial or keypad and a handle.
- Office safes. Safes for cash and records at a business.
Dial, keypad or key
Safes lock in different ways. A dial lock opens with a combination. An electronic keypad opens with a code and runs on a battery. Some smaller safes use a key, or a key plus a code. The type of lock changes how we open the safe, so tell us what you see on the door.
Try this first
- Keypad safe not responding? Change the battery first. On many safes the battery is behind a cover on the keypad.
- Dial safe? Dial slowly and land exactly on each number. Being slightly off is enough to fail.
- Still stuck? Stop before you damage anything and call us.
Proof of ownership
We open a safe only for its owner, or someone the owner sends, and we ask for ID. It protects you and what is inside.
After it opens
Once the safe is open, we can talk about resetting the combination or the code so it is something you will remember.
